Hola, soy Terri. Bienvenido a Atlantic Terrace Condominiums Pompano Beachfront ubicado en 3401 N. E. 10th St. Pompano Beach, 33062 Lo sentimos, pero no aceptamos mascotas.
Estamos en una ubicación central perfecta. Estamos a 10 minutos de Ft. Lauderdale ya solo 20 minutos de Ft. Aeropuerto de Lauderdale.

Este 400sq. pie Studio condo es perfecto para 2, pero puede dormir 4. Ubicado en el 3er piso y sí, tenemos un ascensor. ¡Tiene todo lo que necesitas para la estadía perfecta en la playa! Hay una pequeña área de ensenada justo afuera de su puerta, frente a la lavandería, que a los huéspedes les gusta usar como una pequeña sala de estar. Tenemos 2 sillas con respaldo alto para que te sientes y mires al océano.
Una cama queen size en el área del dormitorio y un futón / sofá cama de tamaño completo en el área de la sala de estar con todas las sábanas proporcionadas.
Hay una pantalla plana de 42 'ubicada en la sala de estar y una pantalla plana de 32 "en la habitación, con cable premium. También tenemos wifi.
La unidad tiene una cocina completa con licuadora, cafetera, tostadora y muchos utensilios de cocina. Suministramos toallas de playa y sillas de playa, una sombrilla, secador de pelo y plancha / tabla.
Nuestra piscina está climatizada y tiene un bonito patio con bonitas tumbonas, sillas y mesas para su comodidad. También tenemos un asador y mesas para comer en la playa.

** Nos esforzamos para que cada uno de nuestros huéspedes esté lo más cómodo posible y disfrute de su estadía. NO permitimos fiestas o reuniones de visitantes en nuestra piscina y área de playa privada. Estas áreas son solo para nuestros huéspedes que pagan. Lo sentimos, pero el complejo no acepta mascotas. Very clean

The studio is well decorated and is even tho you can’t see the ocean from the unit there is a seating area right outside the door that does have a view. Right now there is construction going on next door which the owner had mentioned. If you are out and about during the day or spending the day on the beach then it’s not going to negatively affect your stay.

Very enjoyable relaxing vacation!

Highly recommend this lovely little condo on the beach! The most important factor to me is cleanliness, and it was spotless!!!! Well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the owner - very clear and easy check in and check out information. The only thing I would disagree with is that it would NOT comfortably house 4 people, it is perfect for two! We hope to stay again! Sam & Amy

Appartement très bien situé et endroit tranquille. Le confort du lit et du mobilier devrait être amélioré. Certains accessoires de base étaient manquant. Malgré ces lacunes, j'y retournerais.

Nice quiet place

Enjoyed the serene atmosphere. Lovely beach, close to restaurants, bars, shopping. Only issue was elevator being out of order and we were on the 3rd floor... my husband has issues with feet/ankles...stairs are extremely difficult for him.. .would have been nice to been informed of this .

Loved the location

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Loved the location. Quiet spot on the beach but we could walk mile and half or so down to the action - pier, restaurants ice cream. Only thing is it may be time for the bed to be replaced?? Seemed like there was a crater in the middle. Otherwise we loved it!

Your place is very nice and clean. We do have a couple suggestions but it would never hender us from coming back. The ac in our room needs to be bigger, and keyless key pad entry would be amazing. Steve was very friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Great Property on the Beach!

We had a great stay here. It's a small place but perfect for two people or a small family. The AC didn't keep the room that cool during the middle of the day, but it was fine at night. The fact that we could just walk downstairs and we were on the beach was awesome! You can't beat it and she has great rates!

Great little beach getaway!

This property was everything we expected. I loved that it was a little property instead of a high rise. It was exceptionally clean inside and out. Being right on the beach was great. So nice to be able to come and go from the beach. There is a public access next to the property with a shower, but it wasn't very crowded on the beach at all. The private beach area had another shower and hose that were even better for cleaning off the sand. There were several beach chairs available and we used them every day. The pool was clean and I only saw one family in it one time in the four days we were there. We enjoyed it several times. The condo is a small studio as expected and it was close quarters with three adults and scuba gear. However, there is a large closet which helps. There was everything you could need and it was all very nice, especially the shower. The alcove outside the door was very nice. We sat there to watch the beach occasionally. It was also a good space to dry scuba gear. There is a washer and dryer in a room there, but bring quarters, I didn't realize it would be pay and also the cleaning crew uses it in the morning. I strongly recommend this place and will stay there again if we return to the area.

Beach condo

We arrived at unit 12 and was just as described. Clean, provided towels, linens and kitchen necessities ( that we didn’t use during our short stay). The main light was out but with all the natural lights and lamps it wasn’t a bother. Steps away from the beach. Not crowded at all. About 3 buildings away from the Seaside Tiki bar. A Walgreens and the pier about a mile away. One night our door was unlocked. Not sure if we didn’t pull it hard enough but the lock is funny. Owner even let us leave our car in the spot to hang on the beach on check out day. They are building high rises near by but noise wasn’t a problem at all. Love that it’s only 3 floors with about 12 units.

Small but clean and responsive owner/maintenance

Location is great right on the beach. Was very clean as well which we appreciate. The hot water is a bit odd - in order to have hot water in the shower, you need to turn the hot water in the kitchen sink on. Had to contact the maintenance person to figure that out (they responded very quickly), but we did get it working, perhaps owner should include that in the welcome materials? It's a very small space, but was sufficient for my wife and I. We cooked breakfast for 2 every morning, but I can't imagine cooking much more than that in the very limited kitchen. We went out to eat every night, so that was fine for us, but I often do cook on vacation so we did modify what we normally do because of that. Overall it was a pleasant experience. If you're looking for very basic but clean accommodations for 1-2 people right on the beach, I would recommend this location.

Absolute Paradise

Unbelievable location, in the water with heated pool. Private beach (feels like private ocean). Absolutely spotless units and building. Small, private, less than 1 mile walk to Pompano Pier with plenty of bars/restaurants. Grocery delivery available from multiple places. Free transportation in demand via Circuit. Could not possibly get better!!

Perfection in Paradise

Perfect stay in this Pompano Beach Paradise. Everything was exactly as described. After 20+ years in hospitality management - it was the most immaculate property that I have visited. Everyone that I spoke to (who was staying there) felt the same way. I would highly recommend - and will be definitely going back again!

Excellent Stay!

The condo was clean and provided all we needed for our stay in Pompano Beach. The location was beautiful, even though we had rain the entire visit. The pool was heated and looked inviting, but again, the weather didn't cooperate. Overall, we plan to book again on our next visit to see our family. Judy L
