No phones in the room and wasn’t informed of this before they gave it to me. Ordered breakfast room service and never received it. Told manager and nothing was done. Very disappointed in my stay there, however the bar and bartenders were excellent.

Everything was great. It would have been nice to have a sign by the elevators by the lobby telling folks how to get to there room since the Arcade was rented out. A little confusing but we finally figured out how to get to the gold elevators.

Room is old and not real clean, AC not working the front desk said they will put in a work order?? Pool very cloudy and jacuzzi only about 80 degrees no towels just a pile of dirty ones even next day same. You get what you pay for.
