"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I like the toilet & shower was separated from the bathroom sink/counter. However, the coffee machine with coffee pods were on the bathroom counter causing less space for toiletries. The complimentary fish chowder was delicious. The free breakfast was as expected. I had a little trouble figuring out where to turn when arriving town. The hotel sign was little and in dark brown/black. You needed to drive pass the storage/ U-Haul parking lot to reach the hotel."

"The room was clean, the shower was big and nice, and the bed was comfortable. We had a studio which means the room has a bathroom. Otherwise bathrooms and showers are shared. They are for one person at a time and looked clean. There is also a communal kitchen but I did not go there. Our sink was stained and looked like it had a crack but the rest of the room, including the bathroom looked good. There was no tv in the room but I brought my laptop and used wifi. Sound travels in this hotel and complimentary ear plugs were in the room. I think these were more for outside noise which also carried. There is a quiet time in the hotel and it was pretty quiet in the hotel during that time. The location of this hotel is excellent if you are looking to explore downtown. We parked once and were able to walk to most places. We parked on the street about a block away, there was no hotel parking. The downside is you need to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the front desk and rooms. Overall it was a good place for my husband and I to spend 2 nights."

"The river view was nice, and the room was set up in a nice, inviting way. The walls are very thin, and we could hear the people in the rooms on either side of us talking and doing other things. No microwave in the room we were in. Close to lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is OK, free parking on the street is just as convenient at the valet parking, the valet parking offers no additional security for your vehicle. Front desk people super nice. Feels weird to walk by people in the restaurant as you to go up the stairs to the rooms. Would prefer more separation between checking in and guests eating at the restaurant. Thanks for the stay, the bed was very comfortable."
