"Dog friendly, clean, and affordable. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Easy walking distance to beach, coffee, and dining. There is no air-conditioning and our rooms window opened to the back parking lot which was VERY noisy at night. I would recommend staying at back of hotel along the river.
