This property really did surprise us, for the price we did not have high expectations. Nice clean rooms with a expansive bathroom, refrigerator/microwave. Our room was on the ground level with an ocean view. Continental breakfast was exceptional. Do not miss this charming coastal hotel!

The room(s) had been “upgraded” recently. However, they must have used an inexperienced or unlicensed contractor, as the new tile was falling off the bathroom wall and the cabinets are not adjusted to easily open. The room smelled dirty. Shilo Inns Newport Oceanfront
Room was clean, but was small. Because we had dogs they put us on the ground floor which was nice. Although it was a high traffic area and the dogs would growl at everyone going by the room at all hours of the night. Tub wouldn’t hold water and the tv was very small.
