While the location is good, I can’t say the same for the hotel. The room I booked wasn’t ready when I arrived (apparently the cleaning staff walked out on the job) and had to be switched to a new room. The front desk staff was frequently missing from the office as well.

Overall a Good Experience

We had a great time staying at the hotel. We used the Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, and enjoyed the Breakfast. We had a great view, besides the telephone wires in front of the window, and the room was comfortable. The pool building could use some updating as the ceiling is peeling a bit and the jets in the hot tub were inoperable. Overall it was a good experience and the employees were extremely attentive, informative, and helpful.

Ocean views and sounds were great to have at such a low price, hotel is older and not in the best condition but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and the front desk staff were very friendly ladies. It’s tucked away off of main drag next to apartments and houses near the beach so it’s very quiet.

The room was clean and the breakfast was decent and sufficient despite not having warm protein options. The pool was clean and great for a splash after the day at the beach. You have to walk about 4 blocks to access the beach but it wasn't a bad walk. Maybe the top floor has ocean view but the first floor won't give you that. Overall, for the price it was a great deal and I would go back there if I am traveling on a budget.

Overall it was great. The free parking was definitely a bonus and it’s easy to walk to places for food and the beach. The pool and hot tub were amazing and relaxing. However, cleanliness could be better. The sheets had stains and the mini fridge had a half eaten chocolate bar. The toilet was having issues flushing which we ended up fixing a few times. Still a lovely stay.

The partial view was non existent. Missing gutter spouts. Outdoor lamps broken. Paint peeling all over the outside of the building. Ceiling was peeling and looked like it was going to fall any minute in the pool area. Not impressed at all.
