The property looks nice from the street and my first impression of the room was good. The lighting in the room was terrible. The bed was very comfortable but the sheet was very thin with no mattress pad (ewww). All the bedding what white with no top layer making it easy to accidentally stain. the mismatched furniture looked like it came from garage sales. The stained mesh office chair was the most comfortable of the 3 seating choices. The cushiony arm chair next to the bed where you could see the tv had no bottom support so you sank into it like it was broken. It was a very dark room with a large bedside driftwood lamp with no apparent switch. I had to pull the heavy lamp away from the wall to find the switch on the cord in the back! the only other lights in the main room was a hanging lamp over the dinette table with a low watt bulb and a standing floor lamp right next to the hanging lamp with a bare bulb with no shade. When I opened the light blocking curtains to enjoy the semi ocean view I was face to face with a lady watching her dog poop on the grass in front of the window. Everyone outside wanting to watch the sunset across the street had full view of my first level room, so the curtains stayed closed. The TV was the size of a small computer monitor. The fridge was noisy, the building was noisier, Garbage bags next to trash cans for 2 full days, the grounds/landscaping were terrible or a post apocalyptic art piece(?) And breakfast was too crowded to get in. Won't return
