Unfortunately, it was a very run down room that I stayed in and wasn't a pleasant experience. I have stayed here before and never experienced a room like this, and I had dogs with me when the rooms were more put together, it was sad to see.

The positive, the view is wonderful. Not very clean and really run down. Make sure you are on the top floor, we had some marathon walkers that stayed above us the waking noise is really loud and annoying. This is a discount facility and we took that into consideration prior to booking but provide real picture of the rooms. I would skip, there are just a cheap cleaner options in the neighborhood.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Need to invest in way better pillows. Overall very good. Will stay again.

I greeted by very nice lady (owner) ,the are and property very clean and quiet. Perft for relaxation and away from city crowd. Room # 122 was clean and organized, beautiful ocean view. I will definitely stay there again. Thanks for management.

Very disappointing

Check in process was ok. I paid $268 for one night (we were celebrating our 3rd anniversary) and had reserved the "romantic suite". The place had duty carpets, dusty everywhere, furniture was so old, duty/stained and smelly. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. The pillow cases were clean, but the pillows were horribly stained. there were spider webs and the rest of the furniture was badly scratched. Towels and sheets did seem to be cleaned. The pictures shown on website are not even close to what the suite really looks like. Needless is to say we won't be staying there in the future and definitely not recommending it to anyone. Not worth the price.

Was treated so bad. Got locked out of motel due to the lock being broken. We got blamed for it and had to get in our selves. They offered another room without our belongings and did not care how long we waited outside while our baby formula was inside for our child. It was freezing. Found 3 earwigs under our pillow in the bed. They were huge! The bath tub was full of black pubic hair. It was disgusting and uncomfortable stay. Check out was 30 minutes and we went to the pool for the kids to enjoy the little time we had and the lady came out and reached out her hand to give her the key. It was a not so fun trip because our stay

jetted tub was a need we couldn't do without

First off, the super nice couple running the hotel were spectacular. The lady called a couple of times on my way over and sympathized with the pitfalls of traveling on a major holiday. Jacuzzi worked exactly as I had hoped, and loosened up some stiff muscles. If I need to complain a bit, the price for this room is comparable to *****b or ***O including the cleaning fees. I would only ever consider it in the dead of winter in a massive storm. Otherwise I would take a hot tub in somebody's backyard.

Over all our stay was pleasant. Perfect ocean front view. With access to the beach. Rooms are dated and the carpets could use a good cleaning and didn’t have any usb charging hubs. Had to run the water for 10 minutes just to have hot water for a shower. the heater worked but the temp regulator did not. Was constantly having to turn heat off and on to keep the room comfortable. Parking is limited and spaces are tight fit. Would definitely stay again the issues were minor for it being an older property.
