Key cards need to get updated. Was locked out of my room 4x in the two day visit. Our room was supposed to have a hot tub, it had one, but no water in it.

The property was very beautiful, and well kept up. However, the rooms are so outdated and in such poor shape it is not worth the price. The headboard was coming apart, as was the coffee table. Chips and missing pieces of fabric were everywhere. The bathroom had many chipped tiles, the smell in the room was like my grandmothers house (old and musty) and the furniture including the bed was so stiff it made for a very unpleasant experience. We stayed in a "suite" for our anniversary and I was so disgusted and disappointed with everything. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room smelled of pet urine as soon as we opened the door. Considering the fact that we were required to pay an up front PET fee for our 7 lb dog who is completely housebroken and has never, ever, broken a rule in any hotel room (or our home, for that matter) we found the stench offensive. It’s a shame this property does not take better care to make sure this smell is not removed. The cost for one night was &150.44 plus the $75 pet fee. That fee alone should more than cover the cost of steam cleaning the room. Otherwise, the stay was ok.

Dirty room with no art. Arcade was a bust.

As soon as I got into my room there was a bold odor from the bathroom. I should have switched rooms, but I got in late and had to get up early. Also, given that this is a 3 star resort - I kind of felt like all of the rooms would be about the same. High variability is usually a sign of poor management. I tried to air out what I’m pretty sure was a urine smell but it was either coming from the pipes or the floor was deeply soiled. I’m going to go with the latter - since I later found several bobby pins on the carpet. No one vacuumed so it makes sense that they didn’t mop. I’m pretty particular about lighting so I immediately noticed that none of the bulbs in the hallway were the same color temperature. This theme continued into the room. With no overhead lights in any living area and basically every lamp on its own switch - arriving at night felt kind of like I was going into a back rooms hotel room. The whole space had one piece of art and the TVs are comically small for the room size. 0 bedroom decor. It gave everything a kind of uncanny feel. See photos. Entering the room during the day was more more normal feeling, though. Hotel management - please pick a light bulb color temperature and stick with it. And that color should be between 2000-2700k. Mismatched bulbs are tacky. Cultivate a vibe and stick with it. Lastly - the arcade has no business charging money. It shouldn’t be listed as an amenity. I already had to get in my car and drive - not paying $1 for pac man.
Hallway with alternating warm white and daylight bulbs. Please make a decision.

For one the staff was extremely patient with me I appreciate it very much. When checking out the housekeepers were amazingly kind and understanding and helpful. Thank you for a great experience and stay. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave would have loved to of stayed longer…!!!

We enjoyed our 3 day stay in a beautiful location. The golf courses were really nice, especially the 18 hole putting course. The only thing that was a negative was the fact that there was only one chair, a desk chair. Nothing to sit and relax in.I was told at the desk it was because there were 2 queen beds and no room for one...I saw that there was room but.... Otherwise a restful place to stay and enjoy Central Oregon.
