I really loved my stay here. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the carpets with laminate flooring, perhaps? - the lobby was stinky, but I am also aware that this is a mineral springs resort with sulfur. Other than that, this is truly one of the best places I have ever stayed and I plan to return. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay, wish it could have been longer. Even this early in the year the grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The water features really helped block any traffic noice. The whole setting was serene and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful gardens with water fountains all over the property. Our room was upgraded when we checked in, which was an amazing surprise! Very quiet and relaxing. Lovely tea room with a delicious complimentary buffet breakfast. Quiet and enjoyable.

Everything was so perfect. It’s unusual that all of our family members feel this way. The ground was well kept and beautiful. The home baked goods for the tea time and breakfast were beyond expected quality. The swimming pool was not heated for the season yet but still my kids enjoyed alternately hoping in jacuzzi and pool. I’d love a chance to come back.

The resort is very tranquil, peaceful and relaxing. The mineral water smells like sulfur but it was still nice having a jetted tub in the room. The breakfast was amazing, staff were helpful and polite. We had a relaxing 2 nights there in a bungalow, it feels like a little community of small homes. Overall it was a blast and we will be back!

Week at Lithia
It was a lovely experience, very relaxing. Front desk service was above and beyond, housekeeping was very nice and understanding (we had an infant and the nap times conflicted with the cleaning times). The only complaint was the breakfast - not a lot of variety and every time we showed up, we felt like they wanted to kick us out. Breakfast was from 8-10 and we’d show up around 915. It always seemed as though they were out of something and we’d hear them talk about how breakfast is almost over. Other than that, it was an amazing experience.

Nice place. Friendly staff though they seemed slightly on edge. Good breakfast. But here’s the thing: it’s a real mineral spring so it smells. Smells like sulfur and sulfur smells like ____. Maybe it’s mentioned in the description but I didn’t see it or it was phrased in a way that doesn’t say it stinks. It’s the water that smells so we didn’t want to brush our teeth with it thought it was probably fine. But people love it there and my mother-in-law took a bath and felt amazing afterwards, so… If you can get past the odor, great place. The town of Ashland is great and this is a couple of miles from it.
