Beautiful property with beach access just (approx.) 100 yds plus/minus from the property. The only complaint(s) I have, is I typically receive bottle waters when I check in due to being a BW select diamond member and they did not provide a complimentary breakfast nor did they provide vouchers for it @ the restaurant.

The hotel is nice and just a short walk to the beach. It has a pool and hot tub, which we didn’t use but looked clean and well-maintained. There are adult-only hours for both, which is a great touch. It's dog-friendly, and there's a restaurant on site. While there’s no free continental breakfast, you can purchase breakfast at the restaurant. Free parking is included. Overall, a decent place to stay.

It was beautiful the amenities were great. Everything in our room worked. Anything like paper cups that were missing from our room could be fetched from the desk easily. Anything that was a little sad was that the room smelled distinctly of urine and it was supposed to be a room that did not have pets

Not right on the beach, across street. Room and view very nice. Restaurant wayyy too expensive for entrees and for what you get. The fresh special meal was a tiny portion! The skillet cookie for $10 was very good. Hotel right on edge of north Newport, so not walkable to anywhere else.

Very nice stay all in all. Only real critique is bar menu did not have enough appetizers available or nibbles. Was far walk to beach and a lot of dunes to walk over to get to smooth ground. Was quiet and staff friendly- room clean.

Staff was kind, room was clean, but the amazing view we were promised was a joke. So far from the ocean you couldn’t even hardly hear it!! Plus all the over grown trees
