Everyone that worked at the property was so friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we had the best time. There were complimentary snacks, tea, and coffee in the room and everything was clean and well-maintained. They even gifted each of my kids a sand bucket/shovel and a beach ball when we checked in. The property was quiet and a short walk to the beach! We will definitely return.

There wasn’t a fireplace even though it was listed. The sink water was cloudy and not suitable to make coffee with. It was loud as we were by the elevator and laundry. Extra blanket smelled like dog pee. However, the room was clean, great view, comfortable bed, and easy access to the beach.

What's not to love

We love this hotel and really don't want to tell anyone about it :). Every chance we have coming here when the weather is nice, we would be here. Check-in process is always fast. Room id clean and nice and fluffy towels. The dog friendly room is excellent, we love bringing our dog with us. Great location, short walk to the beach, short walk to the mini downtown - just darling.

Lovely time at the beach

We loved being able to see the Pacific from our balcony and the close proximity to shops and restaurants was a bonus. We walked to the expansive beach and to the Nye Beach downtown. Our primary purpose was to attend the Seafood and Wine Festival- shuttle bus was a nice perk.

This was a very nice place on the beach. The view was amazing! Easy walk to the beach and to the “downtown” area. Kinda inconvenient that the hot tub and pool are a bit of a walk away and it’s a little chilly getting back to your room, but the hot tub is TOTALLY WORTH IT!!

Obstructed ocean views - lacks boutique touches

They tell you that all the rooms face the ocean… and they do… some just have houses between you and the ocean. After messaging them to let them know it was our anniversary they gave us the room with the worst view and unlike most boutique hotels didn’t even acknowledge our anniversary at the front desk. After letting the front desk person know and confirming that our room faced the ocean we were assured that all rooms face the ocean and ended up with a room that faced a house they also rent out… this was not worth a $300+ one night stay. I added a photo so you can see that I could technically still see the ocean….
