This was our second time staying here. Friendly staff. Our room was clean. Room was on the smaller size and dated. Signs indicated some remodeling was happening. Fresh cookies in the lobby in the evening. Easy walk to the promenade.

I wanted an oceanfront facility in Seaside, and the Ebb-Tide is as close as it gets in this town. It’s a long but great walk to get from any facility to the waves. That’s just the nature of Seaside Beach. It also was only a short walk to get to the streets where most restaurants are located. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, the Prom (the main route to get to beach access) was just outside my room. I got a junior suite, which was perfect for my needs. Oh, and there are big trays of cookies set out at 6 p.m., which is a nice touch.
