The Saltline was great. Very clean and so many small thoughtful touches. They had everything that you might have forgotten; from kids water wings to razors. There were games in the lobby. I loved the playground outside. Small but perfect for the kids to run and climb while they waited for the next adventure. My only complaint is the laundry room. The washer didn’t take tap to pay. In order to get it to work, you have to unplug it and wait for it to reset completely. The dryer was extremely slow. I ran my clothes through the dry cycle twice (at 3.75 each) and they were still damp. I ended up bagging them up and just bringing them to my next stop.

Unable to sleep!

The check-in staff were super friendly and checked us in a couple of hours early. The room was comfortable and clean and we were happy with everything until 10 pm when the room above us let their children go wild. They were running, jumping, dropping heavy objects repeatedly. It was so loud and disruptive it was impossible to sleep. We called the front desk twice to complain, but the noise continued until 3 a.m. The hotel should never put guests with children on the top floor!

Fantastic stay. Great customer service, comfortable modern rooms, solid breakfast options, convenient location. Only complaint was the pool room HVAC and temp wall needs cleaning/repainting as it looks dirty and rundown. They need to replace this ugly wall they have used for several years without repair and clean their HVAC to stop the dust accumulation.

The staff was amazing. I had a problem with my reservation that i booked through Expedia. Tony called Expedia and got my dates adjusted and my refund for days not used. This is my second time staying at the Saltline. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Seaside.

Very nice hotel closed to beach, restaurants, and shopping. The facility is nice and clean. The continental breakfast is free and very good. Staff are very polite and friendly.
