The location is great. The property is undergoing renovations which are sorely needed. Our room was a loft. The windows in the upper area no longer open which made the room very stuffy and hot. They did provide a fan which was great. They also offered to have maintenance try to open the windows but the handles that would have been used were broken off at some time in the past. I am figuring the remodel will fix that issue. Otherwise the room was perfect. It did afford a view of the beach and the tides which was why I booked that room. The pool needs to be resurfaced as it gives the impression that the water is bad when it is in fact just the bottom of the pool making it look that way. Staff were great. Generous with their time and offered many great ideas for dining etc. We are looking forward to when they finish the remodel to book our next visit.

This hotel is terrible. The door coming back from the beach is broken and apparently has been for a while. So we, and our 4 year old had to walk all the way around to get in. And no one cares. The pool water was so disgusting that if it wasn't for my wife, I would have called the health department. We had to go to three different floors to find an ice machine that works. Are you kidding me!? For the price you charge for this place is a disgrace. I have seen motel 6's that was nicer than this place. The only nice person here was the wonderful gentleman that was guarding the parking lot.

The property is under renovation. Staff and workers did everything possible to minimize impact to guests, including limiting renovation working hours, areas, noise, and also including a price reduction, This place is great and I will stay again. Walk out the door one way and your shopping, the other your at the ocean. Premium rooms have ocean views which a spectacular. The promenade walk is great, and the balcony and kitchen are outstanding.

This hotel is in the middle of a remodel, which it needs. This was a spontaneous single night stay for us, and the price was very low as a result of the age and ongoing remodel. The staff were great. I'm sure when the remodel is done and the rooms are improved, the prices will go up but it will be a much nicer property. It certainly is perfectly situated in the heart of seaside on the prom. I also must remark as someone who travels a lot and always uses hotel pools, the pool at this hotel is immaculately clean. Strikingly clean. I have stayed at Hilton's with dirtier pools. Clearly the maintenance staff at this hotel care that the pool be clean, and I appreciate it!

Amazing stay. They are in the middle of construction which is great. The elevator, wow takes forever!! But room was great, view was amazing, and the staff are absolutely fantastic!!! Can’t wait to come back!

I had a pleasant stay. My room had a kitchen, fireplace, and ocean view balcony. The staff were helpful, providing clean towels and toiletries daily and giving dining tips. The pool and hot tub were clean, and Mo’s Seafood Restaurant was conveniently on the first floor. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, great staff, and central location on Broadway. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The property is under construction. Pictures of what it will look like after renovation are out front and it will look beautiful. Until that time, we understand the property is under construction and is not renovated. We did have a questionable room, but the staff was awesome and got us into a room very quick (thank you Michael). Went to Seaside for a ladies' weekend and we had a great time. We enjoyed our room with a view of the water. We also enjoyed the pool/spa (although we recommend coming outside of the weekend when lots of kids are present), but it is nice when the adult only timeframe for the pool/spa are implemented. We look forward to returning after the renovation for our next ladies weekend.
