This property is exceptionally maintain. Customer service is unbelievable and very personal. Their wine bar has an excellent selection of wine and their food selection is low in number, but the quality is excellent. Parking and security lighting is excellent and the rooms are quiet. I received an upgrade to the one bedroom suite which was as large as my first condo. I will always stay here in the future. If you want to have a safe stay with excellent facility and service this is the hotel to stay in.

Staff was great, but that's it.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was slightly dated, and very dirty. The floor was sticky, as was almost every other hard surface. Furniture and bedding had stains. Pillows were old and lumpy. Balcony was covered in bird poo. The whole place needs an update and cleaning needs to be improved.

Property had jet tubs in the bathrooms that were so loud that when the neighbors ran theirs it sounded like an airplane, so so loud. Unfortunately they took advantage of it during the late late night. Also we were offered an upgrade which we paid for only to find out it was a ground floor suite right next to the lobby, which was also very noisy and loud both with people outside and in the lobby.

The check in staff, i felt like I was treated like i was debit card not good enough I also asked about using a AARP, AAA OR military discount they did not apply because i booked through expedia. Disappointing to say the least. The breakfast was cheaply done. No protein like eggs or sausage or bacon. Not even toast and real butter. No hot water for the oatmeal packages. For the amount i paid for the room, this was a real shocker/disappointment. Lessons learned...don't book through expedia Bring my own sauage, eggs bacon and even pancake mix and cook breakfast in our suite. Would I stay again?? I think i would if there were no other options......

Best bang for your buck. We booked a suite and it was really nice and cozy. This is probably the best stay in the area. The hotel is modern and has great amenities with nice staffs. The hotel has smaller space, but I understand it’s because it’s a smaller town. Will definitely book again.
