Charming and centrally located but a bit run down

Very charming place, with a TON of space in the unit and you cannot beat the location. It needs a bit of upkeep, though. Overall, a great experience at a reasonable price (relatively speaking - it is still Cannon Beach, after all).

Located in a beautiful area close to downtown. I asked for an extra pillow but never received it. The shower floor is very slippery and no bars or rubber mat to prevent from falling. Left request with front desk apon leaving and will see if there were any changes when we stay there again. TV has no apps or ability to watch anything decent on it.

Had an amazing stay. Stayed at site 2. The Cottage was clean and comfy. Weather was a little cold, heaters worked great. Had a great courtyard and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for families.

This is a great place to stay if you're on a budget. It's one of the best deals in Cannon Beach. It's within walking distance of all the different restaurants and attractions in town, and it's very close to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Cute, clean, tidy but serious negatives

There was a fireplace in the room, which was not working. We had trouble with the heat and could not tell if that was working. The TV did not work. There are no blackout curtains, and there was a light outside that shown right in the window. The room was cute, clean and tidy. There is no accessible desk, staff in the evening or early morning. It was unclear if they arrive at nine or 10 based on conflicting information.
