"All the staff was very helpful and pleasant considering t was graduation weekend and there were a lot more people in and out of the hotel. They had multiple evenings for a few hours where they had live music and cocktails and snacks to make the guests feel welcome. They also have several nice restaurants on the property. We loved Bond 45 and ate there several times. The breakfast options were also very nice. While it is a very busy intersection of the city, it is clost to a lot that is going on!"

"New Yorker is a charming older hotel. The room was small, but nice. I would have liked a coffee maker but otherwise it had everything I needed. Bathroom was good. Water pressure was great. Bed and pillows were amazing. From the 19th floor I could hear some street noise, but this is NYC and Madison Square Garden is across the street so I fully expected some noise. Final verdict - worth the price (which was reasonable)."

"The receptionist who checked us in that evening was a disaster. She kept saying my account had insufficient funds and treated us horribly. I swiped all my cards, and the problem was the the sheraton POS system. I went to another, much kinder gentleman, and my cards worked perfectly. That woman was deplorable. Then, at checkout, they charged me $79 for breakfast when it should have been half that amount since I had my complimentary voucher, which they said was for use that evening. That Sheraton and its staff are disgusting. Decadent."
