This is a clean beautiful hotel, nicely appointed rooms at an excellent value. My only complaint is that one of the nights I could smell very strongly cigarette smoke from another room somewhere.

Our welcome to the hotel was cold and mechanical. You’d think they be happy to see a client. There were also issues with noise in the hallway after 9:30 PM. It took 3 calls to the front desk in order to rectify things. Upon checkout, we were charge for parking (which was included). They fixed the issue. The bathroom was equipped with one small bar of soap. It seems like this hotel has gone downhill.

Upon check in I asked about obtaining a copy of the bill and was sent on a goose chase to only realize that the front desk staff had not read the booking properly. The room was satisfactory but there were light bulbs burnt out, the window curtain was falling down and the faucet in the bathtub was very loose. I would stay here again as these are minor items. Hoping the gentleman at the front desk takes the time to review prior to having the customer research an app where the information does not exist.

The room was lovely.. Very clean and quiet. We had a sliding door which was nice to be able to open it and get fresh air. The staff at this property are excellent. Great service with a smile!!

WE HAD A SLIGHT DELAY IN OUR FLIGHT AND ALL FOOD WAS CLOSED AND THE BAR WAS ONLY SERVING ALCOHOL AND NUTS.... AFTER A LONG FLIGHT SCHLEPPING IN COLD DARK CITY TO GET TO HOTEL LAST THING WE WERE EXPECTING.... POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE TO BOOT. THIS WAS AT 8:55 PM BTW
