The experience at Hotel Indigo in downtown Spokane, WA from check in to check out was excellent! The room was ready early and felt like a vintage, cozy cottage, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel breakfast and dinner were delicious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel with friendly staff. I really like the way Spokane is revitalizing the downtown area, and the Hotel Indigo is part of this. It occupies an older building that has been completely modernized. The hotel is clean, safe, quiet, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, Riverfront Park and other entertainment venues. I love going to Spokane and catching a show with my wife at The Bing Crosby Theater, "The Bing." The Hotel Indigo is only three blocks from the theater making a perfect place to stay if you want to catch a show and need a place to stay. I definitely will be returning to this hotel.

I can’t say it was unsafe area because we were only there 1 night and don’t know much about Spokane. But we chose to do $30 valet parking (plus $10 tip) due to the transient environment around hotel. Wish the room had a fridge since we were traveling 3 weeks with our snacks / lunch food for hiking.

I would stay here again hands down. Bed was very comfortable, good sized room, very clean. Bathroom was great. My only complaint was the lack of street parking, especially for a large truck. But I loved this hotel.

This place has a ton of historical charm. It was well done, and our rooms were comfortable. Unfortunately, there are no doors for the bathroom. In place of a door, they had a sliding piece of wood. Zero privacy or sound control. There was also no fan in the bathroom. On top of that, the electricity in our room went out 3 times before they finally moved us to another room. That room also had no door on the bathroom. The front desk was kind and helpful, but the lack of doors and electricity left us feeling disappointed.
