The property did not have a worker at the front desk during the morning or afternoon even though the hours were clearly stated as being open. There were a ton of random people who werent even staying there just coming and going as they pleased. The entire place smelled pretty weird and the room had almost no amenities as far as soaps & what not. The bed was maybe 6in thick and the bathroom wasnt cleaned up like youd expect. I was very disapointed in our one night experience.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Although the wood floors look nice, you hear every footstep in the hall and on the floor above you. People walking around at 2-3am and very hard to sleep at night. Beds are uncomfortable and the queen bed seems more like a twin. A few roaches spotted in the room. I asked housekeeping for a bar of soap and they had to seek manager approval for a hotel-style bar of soap…. Really? Hearing all the walking around by others through the walls in very annoying.

Very clean. No one at the front desk when we arrived. We had to call a number for someone to come and then he said they do not have reservations and tried selling my husband another room before I came in and had to show him our reservation before he even tried looking it up. Beds are pretty firm. No towels were left in the room and no one comes in to work until 9 am. I found housekeepers and asked for towels and was told they’re not allowed to give us any. She did get ahold of a manager and give me 2 towels because my kids were already upstairs in the bathtub and we had somewhere to be by 9.

We checked in with three people. There were only towels for two. I would have to pay for a third towel. The room was set up with a kitchen. Utensils, cups and plates were an extra charge .

I was very pleased with my stay @ WoodSpring Suites. From the time I checked In til the time I checked out my overall stay was Great! The Staff was welcoming & very helpful & never hesitated to fulfill a request. The room was clean & spacious & comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent & easily accessible when needed. I extended my stay another week & upgraded my room & very satisfied with the upgrade!
