Boa localização, perto do shopping Quinta Alegria.
Unidade 309-Sul ampla e muito bem equipada. Muito Confortável. Único senão foi a falta de habilitação da Televisão. No segundo dia já ficamos sem sinal de TV e, apesar de nossa insistência diária, a proprietária da unidade não habilitou a TV nos cinco dias restantes. Sentimos falta de um varal portátil para secar toalhas e maiôs.
