Esta casa está decorada con un hermoso estilo mediterráneo y está situada en un barrio exclusivo y tranquilo en la base de los senderos de Thunderbird Mountain. A 3 minutos a pie de senderos para caminatas, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, eventos deportivos y el hermoso lago Pleasant.

Muy espacioso, con 5 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños, plano de planta abierto y sala de estar / comedor que da al hermoso patio trasero con estilo de centro turístico. La sala de estar tiene un plano de planta abierto que permite que su grupo se reúna y disfrute de una variedad de actividades. Sala de estar / comedor incluye futbolín, mesa de billar, comedor, cómodo sofá, mesa de bar, y todo da al hermoso patio trasero / piscina / spa / ramada. ¡Tu paraíso privado te espera!

Disfrute de tomar el sol, nadar, relajarse en el spa y cenar al aire libre. Te encantará la hermosa vista a la montaña, una gran variedad de hermosos colores en el cielo, y de vez en cuando ve globos de aire caliente sobrevolando mientras te relajas en el jacuzzi adjunto y juegas al voleibol en la piscina de agua salada.

This property was very nice, lots of room for large family gathering. House was very clean. Property manager was very responsive. Outdoor area, pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc was well maintained and everything working. House was well stocked! Only negative is noise ordinance. No noise after 9pm. We were elderly group so not problem for us.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home! The highlight for all of us was definitely the private pool and hot tub — the kids spent hours swimming while we relaxed and enjoyed the peaceful setting. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for an stress-free stay. We loved having a full kitchen, plenty of comfy beds, and family-friendly touches like games and pool toys. The location was quiet but still close to stores, restaurants, and fun activities. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Family Fun!

Great location! Great home! Great hosts! Our whole family loved all the fun things to do here…pools, putting, corn-hole, foosball, etc. The house was so comfortable…with everything you could ever need to feel at home…and yet on a vacation treated like royalty. Great location…Nice neighborhood…near hiking trails…near freeways for off site adventures.And we can’t say enough nice things about Sandy and Art. They made our stay extra-special with treats for the kids, delicious birthday cakes, the fruit-picker for the orange tree and quick responses to every question we had.

Art and Sandy were fantastic hosts, with great communication, and their home was amazing. The kids loved the "Fun Kits" and all of the amenities, especially the pool, hot tub and Pac Man! There was plenty of space for all 7 adults and 6 kids.

Great Getaway!

We were a party of 6 including our adult children and their spouses. We booked this property for the salt water pool, hot tub and the location. We were within walking distance of several mountain trails. We enjoyed our daily hikes and extended soaks in the hot tub. Art and Sandy make every effort to accommodate their guests. When we arrived they had food baskets for us, cold beverages in the refrigerator, and complimentary coffee. We cooked most of our meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed playing pool, foosball, mini golf and water volleyball. The surround sound made all of these activities even more enjoyable!We would book this property again. Thank you Art and Sandy!

Truly the best VRBO experience our family has ever had! Hosts were so welcoming, including Xmas decorations and gift bags for all 4 of our kids. This home had everything we needed- pool, spa, billiards, puzzles, big screen TV, fully stocked kitchen and complimentary snacks!!

Great property in a quiet residential neighborhood about a 1 block walk to extensive trail network. The back yard with pool, hot tub, fireplace and seating areas were perfect. Plenty of space inside and very well outfitted. Owners were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Paradise!

Once again, Art and Sandy amazed us with their generosity, attention to detail, and care of their beautiful property! Our same group (10 gal pals over 65 years) stayed here in 2021, and it demanded a repeat visit. Nothing compares to this property - bedding, towels, dishware, cookware, host gifts, and the list goes on and on. We left only once, to go out to dinner; otherwise, our time was enjoyed at the house, the pool, and the outdoor area (Corn hole and putting green). Amazing and truly unforgettable experience! A Dream Weekend

The property is lovely with so many amenities and lots of space. The swimming pool and spa were a big hit and clean. The managers were wonderful and very helpful. We would wholeheartedly recommend this home, and will likely stay here again.

Glendale getaway

We came to town for a family birthday and had a wonderful time. This property was very clean and well cared for. There was plenty of room for multiple families with kids and so much entertainment. The kids spent hours swimming in the pool and playing fusball and billiards. Art and Sandy couldn't have been better hosts and even had a birthday cake in the refrigerator for my grandfather. I highly recommend staying at this house.

Oh my gosh the very best house we have ever rented. We will definitely be booking again. Very clean and quiet. Great spot close to a lot of fun things to do. We used the house for a hub for our family who live close by. Very impressed with the welcome baskets and beverage stocked refrigerator. The owner/managers kept in contact with us to make sure we have everything you need.

The property was everything as it shows in the pictures. The hosts are two the most kind hearted, giving people we have ever had!! They make you feel cherished and true guest!! We highly recommend staying here.

Sister Reunion

Art & Sandy were great host and made our stay memorable. Our whole family loved the space and pool/patio very much. It was better than what the pictures show. It was so relaxing we did not want to go any where but pool side. We hope to return in the future.

Ladies trip 2024

The communication with Art and Sandy was phenomenal. Very responsive to questions even adding an additional day to our stay almost last minute. When we arrived Art was there to show us around and give us the information we needed. Plenty of information about local things to do on the tables. Plus, we found things on our own. Every room had everything we needed for our stay and more. Comments from our group included: “Accommodations meet all our needs and more. Location was good.” “ The bed was super amazing and I NEED one of those mattresses and pillows!” “ It was a nice slice of heaven, with everything needed to relax and forget about outside life.”

Best place!!

All of the Ladies in our family have been flying to different parts of the US getting together for 29 years now and this is the best place by far that we have visited! The Hosts went above all of our expectations to ensure our stay was excellent! We would recommend this home to everyone!!

Family Vacation and Anniversary Celebration

This was one of the best VRBO stays we have had. The hosts, Art and Sandy, were great. On our arrival at the house they had several complimentary gift basket items for us which included breakfast items, snacks, cheese and crackers, sparkling wine and a cake to celebrate our anniversary. The house was great. Very clean, and I am super picky, and we loved the back yard. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. This house is well stocked with everything you would need plus a lot of extras. The beds were very comfortable and I love that they had plenty of towels to use. The location was great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. We were six adults staying and there was plenty of room and activities at the house for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Art and Sandy for being such great hosts.

Fantastic Stay

This resort home is voted best ever by entire family!!! 10 stars plus. Absolutely loved salt water pool and spa. Pictures describe the home, will return. The owners left all of us gift bags…exceeded our expectations. I was nervous young grandsons would spill on pool table. The next day a pool cover was delivered. A million thanks to Art & Sandy.
