A 1022 sqft attached casita with room for your horses, trailer, desert toy, or just a whole lot of R&R awaits your arrival. Unlimited trails for hikers, bikers, and horses. Premier North Scottsdale desert location - yet less the 30 minutes from Scottsdale events like Barrett-Jackson, Waste Management Open, West World, Sun Circuit and the Arabian Horse Show without the Scottsdale price. Your private entry includes a shared but private and shaded courtyard with sunset views of Granite Mountain and the McDowell Mountain Scottsdale Preserve. Multiple park entrances just 1/3 mile for your front door. Your Rio Verde Foothills private east facing covered patio has views of Tonto National Forest sunrises over our expansive mountain range. Your desert adventure can be whatever you make it! Trail rides available a few blocks away at Cave Creek Outfitters. Or just bring your own horses. Our horse barn can be available for a affordable daily fee. Well behaved dogs can be added to your reservation too. We want to accommodate your individual needs. You have a full kitchen with brand new appliances plus a full washer and dryer in your master bedroom closet. A king sized bed in your master bedroom has views of Four Peaks and the entire mountain range to the East with gorgeous sunrises. You can also put 2 more guest on the sleeper sofa in the living room/kitchen area. If you are expecting more overnight guest or bringing all your kids we can accommodate with a portable sleeper if requested for additional guest fees. Parking for two vehicles is provided if more parking is required we have a shared enclosed garage stall that can be made available for an extra fee. Toy hauler and trailer parking can be made available to you at no cost with advance approval. Guests who enjoy our attached casita say it’s the perfect combination of R&R and adventure. Something to make every member of your family grin from ear to ear is right here. Desert wildlife including howling coyotes are abundant. I am proactive about checking local rates and we do book-up early especially in fall, winter and spring seasons. Lower rates for summer and longer term stays more then 28 days can be customized in advance. I look forward to receiving your booking and and am proud to reserve the casita for you and yours.

Quiet, peaceful location

Renting this casita through Vrbo was simple and the property owner was very helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. The casita was spacious and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured on the listing. We will definitely rent again if staying in Scottsdale!

Beautiful Place

Very clean, modern, vaulted ceilings, Sunrise in the front, sunset in the back and one amazing full moon rise over the 4-peaks mountains. We loved every minute. The owner is very accommodating and easy to deal with.

Exceptional!

This property is gorgeous! Casita was sparkling clean. Linens and bedding were very comfortable, even the fold out sofa bed! Barns easily accessible and in great condition. Our truck and 28ft trailer fit without problem! Tracy is very prompt to answer questions, and is a great host. She is very kind and helpful. 5 stars all around!
