Hermoso y moderno condominio en Scottsdale, impresionantes vistas del resort ~ McDowell Mountain

Este hermoso condominio ha sido actualizado recientemente y tiene una ubicación y vistas impecables. Estamos ubicados en una de las comunidades más bonitas y bien cuidadas, que tiene un diseño poco común con dos master suites. Este plano de planta dividido con 1,200 pies cuadrados es un paso hacia una de las dos piscinas climatizadas con bañera de hidromasaje. El complejo cuenta con parrillas a gas para barbacoa de alta gama, moderno gimnasio, sauna y sala de vapor, centro de negocios, hermosa casa club y putting green.

Las habitaciones cuentan con un nuevo King de lujo y dos camas nuevas de lujo de tamaño completo en el segundo dormitorio. Los baños en suite cuentan con bañera con ducha en una ducha amplia en la otra. Ambos baños tienen cómodas flamantes "ADA". La unidad cuenta con televisores de alta definición de pantalla plana, cable premium y Wi-Fi. La cocina cuenta con mostradores de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable más modernos, lavadora y secadora grandes y cafetera Keurig, y el Sr. Máquinas de café. Nuevos pisos laminados de madera. La mesa del comedor es alta y tiene capacidad para cuatro personas, y la barra de desayuno tiene capacidad para 2 personas, con excelentes vistas de los pasillos del patio y la piscina meticulosamente mantenida. El gran patio cubierto se enfrenta a una sombría exposición sur con vistas desde la cima de los árboles del exuberante paisaje verde. Somos una unidad final, muy privada, y nadie por encima de usted. Beautiful experience

Clean Clean Clean! We loved this unit because it was close to the parking space, and close to the pool (steps) We walked to AJ's grocery store and Starbuck's is a few doors down. The unit in an interior unit so it's very quiet- we stayed at another unit last year in the complex, that faced the busy street and it was very noisy! Would recommend and stay here again.

Arizona vacation

Wonderful stay in Scottsdale AZ

Beautiful property located not far from the highway, making driving around the area very convenient. Located steps from the pool and hot tub and near the local attractions. Very lovely and well decorated interior; has everything you would need for a week in Arizona. We'll be back...

The property is updated and provided everything that was needed for our stay. Property was clean and close to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Communication with Fay was excellent and prompt. Would definitely stay again if returning to the area.

A Scottsdale Gem

This was such a lovely place to stay! The unit itself was fantastic. The bedrooms had plenty of room and the living space was comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio in the evening hours. It was steps away from the pool and outdoor grill area which we took full advantage of. Another highlight was being close to Starbucks, grocery stores, Walgreens and CVS with very little drive time (a 2 minute drive). We look forward to enjoying this unit on another trip. The communication with the owner was fantastic as well. Truly top notch!

A real "vacation resort" experience

I have stayed at this unit twice before- and love it. The location of the unit is very close to parking; you can walk to AJ's in 3 minutes, which also has Flo's restaurant and Starbucks in the same mall! The unit has a great Scottsdale "vibe" with the artwork and decor; it's always very clean and well stocked in the kitchen- the balcony overlooks "tree top" palm trees with the large outdoor pool and fitness center in view. This is an end unit, so quiet and has excellent natural light.

Amazing Scottsdale Summer Vacation

Sunshine stay

I’ve stayed at this complex 3 or 4 times in the past. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shopping and access to freeways. The community pool and activity area are a 1 minute walk from the condo and parking is handy. The condo itself is clean and well stocked.The master bathroom is by far the nicest of any other condos that I’ve stayed in the complex. The owner Fay was available if I had a question and the check in/ check out was easy. I will undoubtedly stay here during my future trips to Scottsdale. Thanks

Worked perfectly

This condo worked perfectly for us. It is well-furnished, thoughtfully arranged, and is well-maintained. The beds are comfortable. It’s quiet and the pool is a very short walk. We cooked all our meals in the condo, and found the kitchen well-stocked.

Beautiful Condo!

We were so happy staying at this beautiful property and would definitely stay here again! Communicating with Fay to book it was easy. It was so well decorated, clean and stocked with all the necessities. We really appreciated the extra paper towels, toilet paper and even hand soap in the bathrooms. Looking forward to staying here again if/when we are back in the Scottsdale area!

We've stayed at VRBOs in this area several times and the location is great. Unit was as advertised and very clean! We'll be back! Tip: If you stay here, give the McDowell Mountain Ranch Park & Aquatic Center a try. It's a stone's throw away and very reasonably priced at $9.00 per non-resident.

Exceptional vacation property

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful condominium—very close to the pools and parking space. The property is everything it’s advertised to be. The condo interior has great appliances, super comfortable beds and is beautifully decorated. Nice master shower. The pool area is usually quiet and excellent for sunbathing. Pool is 3 to 4.5 feet deep with a hot tub area as well. The property is well maintained and located close to a upscale grocery store, Walgreens and numerous places to eat delicious food. Old Scottsdale and the canal is only a 20 minute drive. The condo owners are very helpful, informative and quick to reply to any questions you may have. If you’re looking for an excellent vacation condominium rental—we highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for 2 couples with separate bedroom and bath combos. Big living space for Tv and dining. Very close to mini mall area for food and groceries. Pool area nice but could use an update. Pool Towels provided which was nice! Will stay here again!

2nd time staying here and it was once again perfect! Great location, great condo, great service! Very clean and master bed is very comfortable (didn’t use other beds).
