Our stay was just okay. We have stayed at this property over 10 times. This time was bad. It should be required that you tell people making reservations that you are doing full blown construction at your property. We were woken very early mornings and had banging all day. This was not relaxing at all and we were very disappointed that we were not told about what was happening. We should have at least been given a deal on the room. Paying well over $500 for 2 nights in a "Resort" that we could not enjoy is awful business. Hilton should have informed us so we could make a plan or maybe stay at another property this time. Very disappointed in Hilton for lack of communication and charging full price for a bad product. At least drop your Resort fee of $35.00 a night since this is now a construction site not a resort. They should have given us $35.00 a night to stay there.

Room was ok, bathroom (shower and toilet area) extremely small. No water in our room for almost 8 hours. Which was very disappointing since we were in the pool and bed to shower to go on with the day. Water park area was great.

The room look like it was decorated in the 70s. Everything was old. The carpet was filthy. Something was wrong with the water. The showers would be ice cold and then extremely hot within seconds. The only thing that was nice about it was the pool area. There was only one restaurant also. They are remodeling the other half of the hotel so if you stay in it now before the remodel is done, you’re gonna be in the dumpy old end.

Renovations being done which would be fine except they booked us the oldest room with the grossest carpet. The pictures looked nothing like the room we stayed in and they had the main slide closed at the waterpark. Total waste of money and overpriced.

Everything was broken or under construction. Carpets are decades old. My room had broken exhaust fan, tub that didn't drain properly, and a front door coming off the hinges. Hot Tub had broken jets and the cabana restaurant and bar were permanently closed. The place has not been maintained at all for years- and I was shocked that a busted old hotel like this could be called a Hilton at all.
