Phoenix resort is a great place fir a staycation, great waterpark, nice staff, accommodating for extra fluffy parents and special needs guests, even has a chair to help with wheelchair transfers. We will be back next month again. Thanks so much. Oh please try for more shade lol our Arizona sun is harsh lol.

We really enjoyed the water park. The hotel room was absolutely disgusting! The carpet was so bad that we had to wear shoes inside the whole time! It literally looked like a murder scene happened in our room. I took pictures and videos of the room because we were so grossed out. Everyone we met at the water park had the same complaint. Save your money and go somewhere else!!

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did have issues with the hot water working then not working depending on the time of day. Also i was sad that the big waterfall at the pool wasnt work for our stay, we also hard a hard time getting tubes for lazy river. Was still a great weekend getaway
