Masterfully renovated, furnished, and minutes from Old Town, This Tempe/Scottsdale getaway is what IG dreams are made of! The yard features a huge HEATED pool, lounge chairs hanging from a tree, and BBQ just to name a few of the amenities! 15 min to Old Town, 8 min to Mill Ave and only 10 min to the airport!

This home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a enormous community park boasting a lake with paddle boats, multiple jungle gyms, sand volley ball, tennis, even a indoor waterpark/wavepool! There are loads more within the park not to mention many of great restaurants and bars just a couple minutes drive down the road! Enjoy all Tempe/Scottsdale has to offer.

The park is right around the corner and certainly walking distance but the best way to get around the city is certainly by car!

Pool is heated upon request for a daily fee. There is a brand new gas heater installed powerful enough to heat the pool to a comfortable temperature no matter when your stay is!
