Beautiful Beach House & Cottage on Park Point, Short Beach Walk To Canal Park

"The property was great. Great location, not far from Canal Park and direct access to the beach. We loved that the house and cottage were separate. I loved the games and especially the puzzles (I did two during our stay). The kitchen was nice and plenty of room at the table. The yard was awesome. Had we been there earlier in the year we would have spent more time in the yard grilling, using the fire pit or just relaxing. We plan to stay again in the future."

"It was a great place to stay. The beach was right across the street, the speed limit was low so you didn’t have people zipping by when trying to cross the street. There was another renter in the second rental on the property, but we never saw them and there was plants of parking in the back so it was like we have the property to our selves. Host was easy to communicate with. Great location. Wish the shower could get a little hotter, but that’s just being picky. Would recommend."

"This property was in a perfect location in Duluth for what we were looking for. Right on the beach made it easy for our family to access the lake, but it was also a very short walk to canal park. Carl was extremely easy to contact and very responsive with any questions we had."
