For starters, the first night we found out that the bath tub doesn't hold water. The shower temperature was speratic, and the TV was static for what felt like every few seconds. The elevator stopped abruptly and felt unsafe, the walls are paper thin, and the beds we like sleeping on spring loaded cardboard. The restaurant is under staffed and the food was not good, we tried both dinner and breakfast, the spaghetti tasted like stofers frozen tv dinner and the buskits for the buskits and gravy were crunchy like ritz crackers. The second night we went to go check out the pool and hot tub area, found out the hot tub was out of order and the sauna was tiny, also that night the electricity went out in half of our room and we couldn't charge our phones. Because of this we came home a day early from out vacation and will not be satying here again.

Old and run down. The elevator in the older part of the building is dirty and smells like weed. It was filthy. The room was clean but needs updating badly.

Don't let the picture deceive you. This hotel put lipstick on a pig. We chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. The hot tub was closed, the pool was dirty and I felt really unsafe around the entrance.

We love the location and atmosphere of the Radisson and have lots of great family memories there. We found the front desk staff friendly and helpful and had the best view of the harbor ever. Our only disappointment was the 360 restaurant. The menu was limited, the service was slow and the food seemed like it was prepared elsewhere, frozen, and heated up for our dinner.

Our room was on the 14th floor, for most of our stay the elevators were not working. The carpeting in hallway had big dirt spots on it, the ice machine was out of order, one night the water cooler by front desk was empty and they had to bring out a few bottles of water after we informed them it was empty. The parking area that we had to use is filthy and run down, people through glass cologne bottles around breaking them all over under cars and all over where everyone had to drive over. I would not recommend staying here and for the price you are charged it’s not acceptable. I would never stay again. Truly I would like my money refunded

Restaurant was cool, only 1 elevator working sucked. Parking area was gross, room was small and tight to get in bathroom. No free breakfast. Overall poor for the price of a single bed room. This reservation was our last option due to availability. The only thing good about this stay was the location convenience and being in the restaurant. I would not recommend staying here, only go to the restaurant.

When we first got your room, we noticed a very bad smell and the carpet was sopping wet in a 5 foot area around the air conditioner. We were moved to a different room. The rooms are super small and rundown. Our new room was on the 7th of 16 floors. One of the 2 elevators was constantly broken so the wait for the elevator was extremely long all weekend. The entire building was rundown and dirty. The carpet in the hallways had stains everywhere and wallpaper and molding peeling off the walls. I felt very dirty in the building. The parking is super inconvenient and dirty. There were homeless people drinking alcohol and hanging out in the parking lot. It didn’t feel safe.

It was cool with the restaurant on the top floor rotating; however, service was slow. The hotel needs updating. I had to wait 20 minutes to check-in. I know it was late. The elevator was super slow. all the staff were very pleasant.

We liked the location and the included parking. The view from the back of the hotel was still nice even with no water view. Ac in room did not seem to be working great. Wasn’t unbearable, but was not going down to the 60 stated on the thermostat, maybe 78. Bathroom was pretty small too. This property seems ready for a refresh. Tv and refrigerator were good.

Vacation in Duluth

Pet friendly options and proximity determined this hotel. The room was clean and bathroom modern, although we were in a 'pet friendly' room. . The hotel clearly needs an upgrade. Carpet is worn in the hallways, and often stained. The restaurant is a neat touch, it rotates, and look as if one stepped back into 1984, although I don't think they are going for an eighties theme, it just has not been upgraded. The area around the hotel is sketchy - the parking ramp is dark, and there are often people hanging out smoking. I was unsure if they were guests, or just looking for trouble. I picked up a very uneasy vibe every time I went outside at night with my dogs. Off the main streets Duluth looks at best like an economically depressed city; at worst it looks dangerous in some areas.

360 restaurant closed early without telling front desk. Restaurant staff took 10 minutes to see if they were really closing early - could care less that we stood around waiting - could hear laughing and goofing around from the kitchen? hot tub broken the entire stay.
