Upon arrival, there was no reception at the desk to check-in for 45 minutes. Afterwards, there was hair spotted on the sheets. The bedding was changed after the complaint was made with fresh sheets but once the person left, I noticed hair again. Therefore, the laundry not being properly done. The table legs was falling apart and the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. I dealt with it because I already paid and didn’t want to relocate to another location because it snowed lightly. My experience was horrible. Due to I booked online, I wasn’t able to be accommodated by the hotel.

Hotel is outdated and not maintained well. Front Desk and Security guard were good. No hot water at front desk beverage area (for our 4 day stay - freezing outside). TV streaming issues everyday, lots of buffering hard to watch anything. Rotating restaurant offers great views, but also outdated, food was dismal and service was not the best. Parking areas did not feel safe, poor lighting and lots of people loitering in the area. We had a 2 queen room, one of the beds was so close to the wall you could hardly get out and on that same side there were 2-3 metal tabs sticking out about 2" from the bed that were a tripping and safety hazard.

Everyone was kind friendly - if you are looking for modern and updated this facility isn’t for you- but if you are looking for something with history and character this hotel is awesome - great location great staff- keep your expectations real- and it’s wildly enjoyable.

Pool was out of service, so that was disappointing. Only 2 elevators so you had to wait a while before you can get on. Rooms were small. Bed was very close to the a/c so watch your knees. Bathroom was small and door didn't lock.

We have service animals & the hotel was very accommodating. Room size was spectacular. Very conveniently located & easy to find. Parking was convenient. Friendly & helpful staff. Only pain point was about the elevators, during busy times you can be waiting a while, which became frustrating when trying to leave. But overall, great stay & would recommend to others.
