Our experience at the Westin Minneapolis was superb! Having the indoor pool and the gym was super nice. The best part was the restaurant attached called "Stock & Bond", OMG, we thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and the ambience, what a beautiful venue!!!

I really don't have a problem with the trip itself or the hotel as much it's just that for the amount of money you pay and the luxury of the hotel they should offer somewhere for you to heat up any of your food that you bring to the hotel to eat for later and they don't have a lot of amenities and customer service could be better some of the people that work there seem like they got a real bad attitude the person that waited on me the night I checked in that was the person that had a little attitude but the lady that checked me out she was great

Pros- Nice clean hotel rooms and couldn’t hear any hotel neighbors, good size fitness center and swimming pool. The lobby was a bit of a maze to find. Good are to walk around and check out the city. Hometown pizza was one of our favorite meals and it was a ten minute walk from the hotel. Cons- you will have to factor in the cost of parking but there are many parking garages. Or the hotel offers a valet. The breakfast was not complementary and by the booking you would think it was. Otherwise overall wonderful stay!

Directions to the parking garage were vague and the building was confusing to navigate. These are forgivable but my mattress had a spring completely exposed. It was sharp and poked me. If we werent exhausted we would have asked for a new room. Also, the group in the adjoining room were yelling and playing loud music from around 245 to 430 am. We had to call twice, we didnt hear if security came the first time but did the second time. At 7 they began to loudly scream puke. Awful experience.
