The bar/dining was only open for 2 days of our stay and the food was not good. The room was dirty and the drain was clogged. We asked for the room specifically the bathroom to be cleaned better and it wasn’t. Definitely not a Hilton standard at this hotel.

The bathroom has black mold growing at the base of the shower door. The restaurant was open less than half the time. Asked to have the bathroom drain cleaned and the black mode to be addressed and neither happened. Only had housekeeping in our room one time during the entire stay. Definitely not a Hilton property standard.

The king size bed in room 220 where we stayed was rock hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on. For as much as we paid for the room, it should have been more comfortable

Overall decent place , close to surly brewery for event we were going too . Two things we didn’t care for was staff was unsure what process was for leaving room keys after leaving parking garage. But biggest issue was that we were charged for drinking the water that was in the room . Noticed when we got home that there was a small fee . Called and that’s what they said charges for. Problem is we didn’t drink there water in the room. Must be there little scam .

I hate giving less than great reviews as a business owner, but charging me a deposit to rent a room ($100) and telling me it may be 8 days to get it returned. I am checking in with an AMEX platinum card, I have just handed you my drivers license, and i am in my mid 50s.

The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff was awesome as always! But we were in room 228 and there was the loudest noise we kept hearing. We finally figured out it was the AC! It buzzes very loudly. It was a bit distracting and difficult to fall asleep to. Otherwise. A great facility we have stayed at before and will stay at again.
