Had a room with an adjoining door for the nest room and you could clearly hear all conversations and phone calls from the next door room :( Also reserved a King Deluxe room and was given a standard King room. Desk said that is what we reserved through Travelocity but we actually paid for the deluxe King as we needed chairs in the room for physical comfort.

Very nice hotel in downtown Rochester with easy access to Methodist Hospital. We did not use room service or go to the restaurant but it is easily accessible on the main floor lobby level. The hotel staff were uniformly courteous and helpful, even when we called late in the evening. The only disappointment was the small size of our room. Be sure to get something other than a standard room because the rooms are a very compact size.

To be honest, we just went to the Mayo Clinic and this hotel is excellent because it is right in the midst of the Clinic. So ease of access was our top priority.

Have stayed many times and we were disappointed this time in the quality of our rooms. Bathroom was extremely small, Low water pressure, only one towel per person for 4 days, & no complimentary shampoo or cups

The room I had was very old and the bathroom was not only very old but very small. The hotel is an old hotel and it feels old. If you do not mind old and small bathrooms, then the hotel is fine. I stayed one night and I switched to another hotel. There are other hotels that are within walking distance to the Mayo Clinic without the need to exit outdoors.
