Everything was good. But the hotel charged me 120 dollar extra. When i arrived they made a deposit for the room, 174 dollar. But the morning i checked out the frontdesk charged my card for 120 dollar. I returned and asked the frontdesk why. I could show that my card was charged a third time. The desk promised to solve the problem but I havn't got my money back 1 week later.

It is an aged hotel as expected but the staff -Ms. Sai is excellent. Her advice save me so many time and headaches when navigating around the Mayo Clinic nearby area. I appreciated to her help for my stay.

The rooms are extremely outdated. It was hard to find outlets to use, the furniture was well loved, the beds were very firm and uncomfortable, the bathroom had been patched numerous times, and the window unit AC only half-worked. If this had been a longer trip I would’ve found a different hotel.

There is no more convieniant hotel if you has to visit the Mayo Clinic. This hotel is nice, quiet, clean. The breakfast is fine as "Free Hotel" breakfasts go. The Excersise equipment is adaquate. The building does show its age and is in need of a "freshening". It's a two block walk to some very good restaurants. The internet is not the best and I found it difficult to do much work with the system there. I would stay again simply for the convienent location.
