We were in an Accessible room. The hang-bar for clothes was set too far forward; the barn door that also served as the bathroom door couldn’t be closed so the bathroom door couldn’t be fully opened.

1) walkways were not shoveled , my wife and children had to walk through snow in/out 2) The chlorine levels in the pool area was so high that we were not able to use the area !(2 out of the last 3 yrs it was this way) 3) snowbanks were so high in the driveway that we were nearly hit by a snowplow leaving the hotel parking lot

Great Hotel

It was a great stay. Everyone was so friendly! Evev the shuttle driver offered to take us anywhere! Pool was awesome. Rooms were awesome as well. Loved everything about the Hampton Inn in Rochester mn!

airconditioning not working

The airconditioning did not work, and we were very hot all night. I told the receptionist as we were checking out and she said we would get a refund, but that they would hve to check with Travel online. I would appreciate hearing form you about this. Thank you! Karen Fellman

Excellent hotel

This hotel is highly rated and really deserves the praise. Staff is very friendly, location great, shuttle service to Mayo Clinic available and the breakfast superb! We highly recommend staying there. It is definitely one of th best Hampton Inns we've stayed at. Ask for the Mayo Clinic Rate if applicable.
