"The rooms were nice and the property was very clean. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. The hallway to the room on the upper floor was extremely hot. The hot air was coming from the AC vents and not vented to the roof or outside the building. I think they were in the process of correcting this because a couple guys were working on it. There were no kitchen towels, but we had an extra hand towel from the bathroom that we used. The beds are also not very soft. We wanted extra coffee (only 2 pods per day were given) and asked the front desk for some. They wanted to charge extra for that, even though we didn't have our room cleaned that day. The hotel is in a nice location, but we still needed to use Didi or Uber to get all the places we wanted to go. Not close enough to walk to historical areas."

"The room was spacious and clean, rhe bed was comfortable and the included breakfast was adecuate but limited to a very few items. The hotel was located very close to restaurants, convenience stores and the area was safe as well. The room's wifi connection was slow and kept disconnecting constantly everyday, making it impossible to watch tv or movies on the available smart TV. There is no soundproofing n the room so I could hear every noise from the street as well as the other rooms above and beside mine."

"The location of this property is honestly its biggest highlight. It’s in such a great area—restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores are all just a short walk away, which made things super convenient. Getting around was easy too; Ubers usually showed up within 4–5 minutes. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the noise. Even on the 5th floor, we could still hear sounds from the restaurants below and occasionally from the neighboring unit. It wasn’t unbearable, but it was noticeable. Overall, I would still recommend staying here. The building feels very secure, and we never felt unsafe. Just a heads-up: the staff members I interacted with didn’t speak English, so if you don’t speak Spanish, you will probably need to use a translator app. It wasn’t a big issue, just something to be prepared for."
