2 days in Roma Norte

The check in was seamless. Codes /wifi were sent ahead of time. We showed our ID and that was it. Check out the same, all electronic. Beds very comfortable, lots of pillows and an abundance of towels. We had an efficiency kitchen that was good for everything we needed. Coffee supplies for only the first morning, then you need to go shopping. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

My third time here - my go to place for “working vacays”. Comfortable, easy and well-equipped apt and kitchen. AC is rare in CDMX but great when the sun warms up the place. Great wifi. Wonderful business area, terrace, gym, laundry, etc. Great for extended stays. Quiet. Location is outstanding.

The location is perfect, near all the tourist attractions, surrounded by good restaurants, a convenience store nearby, very safe at night, luxurious rooms, extremely quiet despite the city's chaos, you can walk to almost all the historic sites from the hotel. The room was very comfortable and quiet, just by closing the balcony nothing could be heard from outside, very clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the small kitchen comes well equipped. There's no room service, that comes as a separate service. For any future travels to CDMX I no longer have to look any further for my stay, this hotel is my choice in the future, no doubt.

The room is spacious and clean. Area is pretty safe. Our first time in Mexico City, it’s very nice and walkable and friendly. They said the reception opens 24/7, we checked in at 5am and there’s staff there, easy and quick check in and check out. Friendly staff. Overall recommend. Water is a little unstable temperature, you need to find the right balance. Kitchen has everything, fridge, pots, plates and utensils, it’s nice to have but we didn’t cook.

Only one thing was bad, we used the sofa bed and the sheet that goes over the mattress had stains on it . I had to use the regular sheet to put on top of the mattress. It didn’t matter to me but maybe to the next guest. Everything else was perfect.

some things were interesting, like one of the two bedrooms not having any windows to the outside. Also, the washing machines are not in unit. There is a separate room that has a number of washing machine units that is open until 10pm. There is a large number of units and they do have detergent that you can use.
