The location is perfect, near all the tourist attractions, surrounded by good restaurants, a convenience store nearby, very safe at night, luxurious rooms, extremely quiet despite the city's chaos, you can walk to almost all the historic sites from the hotel. The room was very comfortable and quiet, just by closing the balcony nothing could be heard from outside, very clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the small kitchen comes well equipped. There's no room service, that comes as a separate service. For any future travels to CDMX I no longer have to look any further for my stay, this hotel is my choice in the future, no doubt.

Colonia Roma is in the middle of everything in Mexico City. This apartment is closed to everything. I only eat plants and many vegan restaurants are nearby. Transportation takes you everywhere.

amazing place and great value! Everything was awesome including staff! If i have to list one thing not 5 star, it's that the laundry closes at 10pm and opens at 8am, so hard to do laundry if you are travelling lots. We made use of the games room, love that they have filtered watre

Our stay at ULIV was very pleasant, the room was clean, the AC worked perfectly and the personnel was very kind and nice, especially Edmundo he was very accommodating. This was our second stay at a ULIV in Mexico City (the first was in January at ULIVE Mexico City a few blocks away) and both have been excellent. They are a solid option for a very reasonable price. The ONLY thing I wish they had, which they do not, is an in-room safe. It is an odd omission for a place of this type/level. It would make me more comfortable to have a secure spot to leave our passports, extra cash, etc.

The apartment is very convenient with benefits like filtered water and an espresso machine. Apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage for us so we could have extra time to spend in the city. Overall it is a nice part of the city with many places walking distance and metro around the corner. Well recommended

This property was in a great location and allowed us to walk any where within the city. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was equipped with all necessities and the hotel as a whole was always clean. The front desk employees were always friendly. Check in and check out were a breeze. The room was spacious and adequate. We were on the 12th floor and the view was nice. The location of the property was the best part; walking distance to great shops & restaurants and a quick Uber ride to anywhere you'd wanna go. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome each day we were there. I would definitely stay here again.
