"Beautiful hotel room. Loved the decor and minimalist aesthetic. Loved the shower and tile. Nice bed with clean sheets and light fixtures.A/C was not the best and there was some debris on the floor near the bed when I got in. Overall worth the money and would stay again."

"We stayed for one week The place it’s nice with a lot of restaurants near by to choose from. The cleaning of the room was done every day but needs improvement. Beds were made and cleane towels were given every day as needed however; sweeping of floors were not done or done mediocrity. There wasn’t a consistentce in leaving coffee, cream and sugar . But other than that it’s a nice place to stay"

"It was amazing, beautiful place, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Good continental breakfast included. Staff was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely go back to Parral 14 Hotel! My only suggestion… make it easier for guests to go in to the hotel. It’s not great to have to ring a door bell, and have to wait for someone to open the door. They were always prompt to answer and open, but would be better to be able to get in entering a code or having a key. Marta at the reception was very helpful and friendly!"
