This was my second time staying at AR218, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—central, convenient, and close to everything I needed. The place is spotless, and the attention to detail in cleanliness truly stands out. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend AR218 and will definitely be coming back again!

AR218 is an ecellent choice. It is located in a wonderful and safe part of the city. It was clean and the staff was attentive. Having a washer and dryer available at no cost helped mitigate the need to pack excessively. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to CDMX!

Solid lodging option in a great location at a good value. Quiet building away from street noise, well appointed, comfortable bed and good climate control. Didn't share any of the same complaints as other reviewers in our unit (#48). I could see how sound could travel within the building as there are no carpets to dampen sound but we never experienced that. Terrific location in the heart of La Condesa with a Starbucks and nice plaza just outside the lobby.

This was a great property in a beautiful area. Walking distance to the parks, multiple restaurants and cafes. It had a small gym, if you were there alone it was perfect but too small for more than 2 people if you want to use the weights. Usually we wouldn’t worry about a gym , but after all the yummy food options around you may take on a few extra calories
