Friendly hotel and friendly hospitality staff. The restaurant breakfast was excellent but was similar to San Diego about $30 per person. I loved the location but my wife was not very happy, look for the food restaurants by walking in the area, good food places around with very reasonable prices but if you want a Sit down American style Restaurant , you will pay what you will pay in the USA, or at least this is what we paid, The food outside of the restaurants are very reasonable cost. Taxis are very expensive but Uber was amazingly low cost then what the Taxi’s were charging.

Great hotel - couldn’t fault our 5 night stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the immediate area and felt safe too. Staff and hotel could not be faulted. Room service on two occasions and both was delicious and fast. Only thing is the pool area has nowhere really to sit or lie in the sun if you wish to. There’s only 3 loungers that are in the pool directly in the sun. Apart from that minor issue, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

Arriving at the hotel was confusing with two hotels in the lobby (Andaz and Mondrian) with different check-in options on different floors. I was with my elderly parents, and the elevators were scattered around to give access to different areas around the courtyard. Probably not so confusing if one used the escalator. The people working at the hotel were fantastic. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Allen, who was at the front desk was amazing, greeted us, and made special accommodations for us. The decor is not for everyone. Very "trendy," but rough around the edges. It came off as a little cheap, especially considering the price of the room. Hate to be negative, but it was a little disappointing after seeing the glitzy photos and list of amenities.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel and its amenities were top quality and very family friendly while maintaining an upscale ambience. The only downside for us was our room was located on the 1st floor facing the street so there was a lot of noise especially traffic, throughout the night. Otherwise we had a beautiful stay and the service was exceptional.

Nice hotel but disappointing roof terrace/pool

This is nice modern hotel, rooms good albeit small and hotel staff very helpful and friendly - but for a final last day back in Mexico City we wanted to spend a relaxing day by the pool on the roof terrace but the photos on the website are very misleading. The restaurant area has been changed and is no longer open and is enclosed by a new glass windows all the way round and with blasting music constantly it was far from relaxing to be in and the pool is a rather strange addition on the corner with absolutely no outside seating or deck and very small. On a positive note kids and teens might like it plus there is a big beer garden/games area on a lower floor which is probably popular - I think the hotel is probably best suited for conferences/guests or maybe families with kids.
