The staff was very courteous very nice and we had a decent room but I think next time I’m gonna book another room with more windows. The room was very clean and in great condition. Unfortunately the building has terrible sound insulation. People in the hallway sounded like they were sitting next to us. There was also something metal clanging against the wall outside all night long. And the street noise (even 7 stories up) carried right through the windows / walls. We gave up on the bedroom in the middle of the night and slept in the living room. That was also a function of the bed being incredibly firm - way firmer than almost any hotel bed. The pull out couch was also fairly firm but comfortable enough.

The room was neglected, dirty, and towels hard like paper but the truly unbearable part was the noise absolutely do not expect to get any sleep whatsoever in this hotel. We checked out 3 days early because it was affecting us and our health to not be able to sleep. There’s massive construction right next to the building drilling and extremely loud starting at 7:30 Am every day. The hotel will not advertise this or let you know of course, so be aware so you can make an informed decision.

El staff es muy amable, nuestro cuarto estaba limpio, sin embargo no incluye limpieza y estuvimos ahí por 6 días, si querías limpieza era adicional. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, fácil de caminar a todos lados, por las noches es ruidoso por el tráfico. También durante nuestra visita había construido al lado y empezaban temprano tipo 6 entonces si nos costó dormir un poco. Overall nice place!

The staff was great, no complaints there. The room was good, but compared to the immaculate pictures, it was very worn. It was nice to have a full-sized refrigerator. There is a nespresso machine, but you have to supply your own pods - it would have been nice if they were available, even for purchase, onsite. I ended up buying the wrong pods, and ultimately settled on instant coffee. The main thing I think people should know is that this is right on an extremely busy street. There is traffic noise, car horns (people love laying on their horns here), and emergency vehicle sirens constantly, no matter the time of day. Additionally, an alarm would go off somewhere in the neighborhood, lasting 15 to 20 minutes, at all hours of the day, including 2am. There is little sound proofing in the room, so even on the 11th floor, all the noise sounds like it’s right on the other side of the wall. That said, you are right in the heart of Roma Norte, with a short walk to Condesa and even Chapultepec Park, close to a ton of great restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and full service grocery stores. If you’re young and adventurous, and quiet sleep isn’t important to you, I think it would be great. If you are older and grumpy, like me and my friend, I would suggest somewhere further off a major thoroughfare. Overall, it met our needs and was affordable. I would definitely recommend ULIV, but I would select another one of their locations.

The views and rooftop are top notch. Rooms are perhaps a little sparse, but the towels and soaps/shampoos are nice. You can tell this is a Mexican chain given the generic Nescafé pods, basic lower quality flooring, and lack of any cable channels on the TV. As a business traveler and pkebrt of things going on in the world, it was disappointing not to have at least CNN and business news channels along with ESPN. Overall is was very nice accommodation and very clean. A part of the shower glass somehow came of track and cracked/sliced me but the hotel was very quick to respond, change my room and offer antiseptic. I was very happy with their care and response to random one off. I will stay here again. The location is great.
