First time in Mexico City and the front desk wasn’t welcoming at all. Instead of them telling or giving a run down of hotel and amenities I was doing all the questions and they seemed bother. Not one day was the reception greeting they wouldn’t even look at you all stuck on their phones or monitors and there were serval employees!!!! I was standing like a dummy in the reception and not one told me give me a second I’ll assist you i had too inquire like hellooooo!!! When we traveling sometimes we miss the importance just to tell you this I didn’t even no we had a laundry room until the day before when I pre checked iut and and saw it myself!!! There’s a web and they assist you on it instead of them telling you read the on the web all the amenities we have to offer such as just give a brief to have knowledge of what’s going on in your hotel!!! The roof top was nice didn’t get to experience it but I went to look at it and it’s chill vibe. Only one ac in room and it doesn’t circulate in living quarters :(. Give me a fan at least. The room looks new but a lot of things falling apart the door knob feel apart got stuck in bathroom thanks god my mom was in room to let me out. Used the iron and knob fell apart the coffee Kreeger cheap water spilling all over bathroom sink leaking under. Overall my experience was not good at all thanks god I mainly was out 99% with my excursions but imagine the little time it wasn’t great. So my experience wasn’t good! Location area is cool!

Hotel was nice and in a convenient location close to tourist attractions, local vendors, shops, food options. Location was in a safe area as well. The sofa in the hotel was dirty and stained but other than that, it was pretty clean.

The place was very clean but the noise level was really bothersome and the hot water wasn’t enough for 2 taking a shower we were there for 3 nights and there wasn’t enough coffee pods for the morning and no market close by to buy the pods if I knew I would have brought my own at least

The staff were amazing at ULIV. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern however it was super noisy. Not just from the noise of the city but the fridge and AC were so loud we had to wear earplugs and there was a bright flashing light above the door that would go off every few minutes so it made it difficult to sleep.

I had the panoramic view apartment. The view was truly amazing. A little loud at night due to traffic, but that can’t be avoided in Mexico City. The staff was friendly and I felt very secure. The location in Roma Norte allowed me to walk to many of the major attractions. I would definitely stay there again.

Top floor 14th Beautiful modern apartment.
These 2 streets criss cross directly in front of the hotel.It is very noisy if you ard facing Insurgentes. But still a nice place the roof top iffers a 360 view of the city.It was a great place to watch ghe lightning show during a rain storm .

Great Customer Service and clean, all staff was very helpful. We arrived early and hotel staff kindly let us leave luggage so we can go sightseeing. Hotel is in a great location, easy access for Uber pick up and drop off.

The place was super clean and our cleaning service was fabulous. We did not have coffee even though there was a machine and creamer, etc. in the room. We were not sure if it was something we had to ask for. They let us know we had left a few things behind which was kind. However, it is not worth is paying for shipping for their return. The staff were cordial and helpful. The Roma neighborhood where this place is was fabulous for shopping, eating and local flavour and near public transportation. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!
