No hot water, the heating/cooling system door didn’t stay closed, loud, noisy, people across the hall screamed and yelled, kids running up and down the hallway. Everything reported but no help. Also have a charge of $100 for deposit

I stay here each time in MN. I like the options of the bigger rooms with a sitting area. It’s updated even though still some signs of wear and tear. It’s consistent and I never have any issues. Clean and comfortable.

Spend your time and money elsewhere

The parking lot is a wreck. The heater unit in the room was noisy. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. The spa was shut down. The pillows were bad. The front desk personnel were rude and/or incompetent. The coffee machine in the room was broken. The cabinet door where the microwave and refrigerator were wouldn't close. The sink in the bathroom was clogging. Many areas of the flooring were in poor repair. The heater in the vestibule was broken (during a deep cold snap). There was an undisclosed pet fee that was sprung on us at check-in. There were walls with poorly patched and unpainted holes. One of the treadmills in the gym would stop working. I likely forgot a few things.

Very clean. Pool was warm especially for our 2 year old. Hot tub wasn’t available to use due to construction of some kind. We stayed in king suite with 2 bathrooms due to having our 2 teenagers with.

Had to pay for parking when left on vacation after staying there. I think you should be able to leave your car there if you paid to stay at their hotel. Why charge $15/day??? That’s expensive compared to other hotels that don’t require you to stay there to park your vehicle. Hilton was great…only $5.99/day. Shuttle service was crap. Had to call twice to get picked up from MSP.
