The room was excellent. The staff was very courteous, helpful. I loved the fragrance of the soaps, body wash and lotions! I will definitely stay again. Also the airport shuttle was on time and driver was more than helpful with the bags too! Thank you.

Breakfast was very limited. They had bread and bagels but no toaster. They had waffle makers but were very busy due to that being about the only thing to eat.

Room was decent for the price and no issues. Please needs to be updated and smelled a little funny. Staff was good, but there was a constant beeping coming from the closet by check in desk and that was annoying. Breakfast didn't have a lot of options for a low carb person like myself and fake eggs. Would have liked if they just had hard boiled eggs. No issues for my stay. Ok for the money, wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again.

It felt like everything was falling apart. There was a room two doors down from us that the door had a big hole in it. Then when we tried going down in the elevator it looked like there was dog pee. I love that’s this hotel is pet friendly but they need to do a better job at making sure the elevators get cleaned. Now the pool, oh lord!!! I guess there is construction going on so it’s a big mess down there as well!! When I reserve online it said Queen beds but the beds looked like full to me so not a big fan. The staff on the other hand was amazing, very polite and friendly.
