Enjoyed the free breakfast, wish it was open a little longer. Check out was difficult, line of 4-6 parties and nobody around. Waiting for 5-10 minutes before people just left their keys and walked away.

When I arrive the parking lot need to be fixed. I had to be moved to another room because the light wasn’t working. Then the next room the tv was working properly but it got exchange out. I call downstairs and the desk clerk hung up on me. I went downstairs to find out why and he told me it was crowded at the desk and he was putting me on hold instead it hung up. Not! He never told me to hold just hung up. Something bit me in my room on my leg. Then I had bug crawling in the bath tub(have pictures to prove it) and was crawling under the front door. First and last time here. Housekeeping woke me up on 2 days at 8:00 asking about cleaning room. Didn’t they know I was staying 3 days and if I wanted housekeeping I would have requested it. Total ridiculous (even on the day I was checking out). You woke me up for what when I was checking out in a few hours.

It's Minneapolis.......

Went on a trip to visit the Mall of America. Minneapolis streets are confusing and chaotic. main streets curves back and forth like a drunk snake.

The breakfast was decent, coffee was great, however, the walls directly above the food need cleaned; dirty and dusty; floor not vacuumed well in my room (hard bits of food in the corner) mattress needs replaced, one side was sunk in, sheets worn, tub could be replaced, fridge needed defrosted, not working properly, Probably would not stay here again.
