Property is beautiful, the area is walkable with areas for dogs, light rail is right there for easy access. Rooms were nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Very nice stay.

We booked through the Expedia website for 2 nights and only used 1 night for the 2 rooms. The lady at the hotel told us there’s nothing she can do about it and we have to talk to Expedia. I called Expedia and they were only able to refund us for 1 room, 1 night after finding both rooms with dirty sheets and letting both the front desk and Expedia know. If they can refund us for 1 room then we could have at least been refunded for the other room.

Nice new hotel

It was a very comfortable bed and a nice big TV, unfortunately it did not have the local ABC channel. Other than that, it was quiet and new. Man had a comfortable modern feel.

Room was decent. Had an issue with my shower drain. Took two days to fix Room wasn’t cleaned, and when asked, said it would happen the next day. They did arrive, but at 530pm. Far too late. I was out the entire day for work. Bar and restaurant was decent though… but with so many options in the area, not sure I’ll go back.

The hotel is very nice, clean and close to the Mall of America and the airport. The only thing I didn't like is there a $15 a night to park which I personally think is unnecessary. It seems to be more of an extra money grabbing.

Overall the hotel met the baseline standards. Bed was comfortable, hotel bar/restaurant had good food and drinks (a bit pricey though), rooms were clean. Hotel staff was very disorganized and missed on a few simple items (ie no soap in bathroom, never had turn down service in a 5 night stay, uninformed shuttle service). These are items I expect in a “4*” hotel.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle and train station right there made everything sooo convenient. Only complaint was issues with the elevators as 2 of the 3 were out of service. Overall an excellent stay. We would definitely go back!
