Super friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast. The bed was pretty hard and the room and halls were worn but perfectly functional still. The only real downside i had was the suite setup looked nothing like tge picture...the one tv could swivel to face either the sofa or the bed, meitger of which were suitable for 3 people to sit and relax together. I would stay again but would ask about the setup at checkin.

The staff were courteous and accomidating. The location of the hotel was close to all of the plces we wanted to visit. The room was clean and comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again.

The room is spacious and family friendly. It is equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of plates, bowls and cookware, so you can make your own dinner during the stay. Breakfast includes plenty of choices, scrambled egg, sausage, ham, biscuit, waffle. Coffee is good!

Brought my 15 year old granddaughter We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms full kitchen and a walmart near by for food instead of eating at the mall all the time. Also shuttle to and from airport and mall really nice people at front desk.

The check in person at that night was not accommodating and was not friendly. I asked a question and replied, how could I know that. And told us that there was charge for parking like we already know it for a first time visitors in MOA

Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Good, hearty breakfast. Comfortable and spacious room. Nice atmosphere in the public areas. We stayed for 10 nights and we appreciated the staff, from the front desk managers, to the maintenance staff, to the cleaning crew.

The staff here is fabulous and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and spacious. They will give you a refresh if you're there are for a couple days. My only complaint was this. During the refresh the cleaning lady seemed to be in a little bit of a rush and forgot to give me toilet paper. I assumed she would have checked but she did not. That was the only thing that was icky. I fortunately was able to run down to the front desk to get more toilet paper when needed. Overall a great location to stay at with many amenities
