Disappointing. From rips in the shower curtain (staff fixed, but should have noticed first) to a spider on my bed, I didn't feel like the room was kept up properly. The breakfast was NOT as shown. NO waffle maker like in the picture. Yes, there was a pool, BUT only 3.5-4 foot deep. Can't even stand up to the shoulders. And, it had long hours but was closed multiple times during our stay. Finally, pictured, is the bed frame. I can not tell you how many times someone hit or cut their foot on this. A queen size bed needs a queen size frame! And especially don't hid the frame under a bed skirt. Will not be returning. Too many small issues.

Super close to the Mall of America. Staff was very nice. Real sweet. Breakfast was great. Cage free eggs, very good. Three things that bugged me: Drapes didn’t close all the way, bed was hard and when I was making toast Wednesday morning, staff ( grayish, white hair to the shoulders, female) was touching the bread with NO GLOVES ON. Needless to say, I threw my toast out. Was pissed when I saw that.

Shuttle service ends at 11pm

Shuttle is only till 11pm. Landed at 1030, got to shuttle area by 1050, shuttle driver picked us up. If our flight would have beeb on time, we would not hacmve had shuttle. Would be nice to have a later shuttle.pick up then pay an uber 30$.

The location was great, the room was average , the bed was comfortable & overall the hotel was well maintained & clean. The breakfast was not as good as many others, but the staff was friendly & helpful.
