Dirty to an EXTREME. There was practically no breakfast options the next morning. The staff were just plain nasty. They said "24 hour airport shuttle" but they were absolutely nowhere at the airport when we landed and we called and nobody answered, so we finally had to get a ride with a different shuttle. We told the highly unfriendly man at the front desk that we needed a ride to the airport at a certain time the next morning and he said fine. The next morning we were told by someone else the shuttle didn't run at that time. I could tell you a lot more about the foul state of the bedroom but for want of time and space I will just say that I will never ever again stay at the La Quinta Inn and I sincerely advise that you shouldn't either. Although if ever someone you dislike wants a hotel (hotel, what a laugh) then recommend this to him or her and they will never visit again. This is definitely a cheap stay and you might think "what the heck, it's just for a night" but honestly, that's what we thought, and we regretted it. SPEND MORE MONEY. It truly is worth it. Just take our word for it.

This is the hotel of no. Got delayed and had to have my flight moved to the following morning so I was stuck with no toiletries nothing 1000 at night. Can I get a bottle of water? No Do you have any toothbrushes or toothpaste? No Can you drive us to the airport in the morning with the shuttle? No I've stayed at la Quinta's in Bentonville for example and they've had complimentary water and toothbrushes toothpaste if need be. Plus plus they make you sign over $100 as a deposit because you might steal their disgusting towels or bedding that is old. I've been to la Quinta's in Bentonville and other places this place is run down and dirty wallpaper coming off the walls with mold. I do not recommend it. I would never stay here again especially in this area which is very shady with very shady people coming in and out. I didn't feel safe. The guy that was at the counter look like he was half dead and half asleep and only knew the word no. Do not stay here.

What a run down place - front desk people really nice - the condition of the whole property was a joke - was supposed to stay 5 nights -we lasted 30 mins and got a new place at Tru Hilton by the mall - really nice place - drug activity outside our room , dogs running down the hallways, not a good place for family , Drug people that’s your place !!

Our flight was delayed, so we weren't able to get to the property some time after midnight the next morning when were supposed to be there by 9:00pm. When we got to the front desk, no one was there. There was no bell, so we proceeded to call out, then spotted someone in a back office. A few minutes later, he came out then told us, "You have to wait," with no explanation then walked back to the office. We then waited another 10-15 minutes then he came back out and gave us our room keys and told us where we needed to go. He was not very friendly and made it seem as if we were inconveniencing him in some way. Normally, I would never right a bad review because everyone has a bad day once in a while. But as we sat there in the waiting area for 15 minutes, that's when we noticed that there was peeling wall paper, spills that were not cleaned up and an overall untidiness to the place. My husband said that he would never stay at a LaQuinta ever again.

Awful experience!

Awful hotel! Bad area of town, not safe! I walked in and was totally ignored by 2 desk clerks. Neither could speak understandable English. Not welcoming at all. Lobby was dirty, as was the outside. A client came down while I was at the desk and said his room was not what he reserved and was not clean. I cancelled my reservation and the clerk gave me a dirty look and walked away. Luckily I was able to get a room at another hotel. I waited at the Culver's next door for their pick up. Bad experience!

Cheap for a reason

The employees were friendly and helpful, but the overall condition of the hotel and rooms were pretty horrible. It clearly hasn’t been updated in a while, and there was minimal (if any) proper soundproofing. It was easy to hear neighbors through walls. Our room faced the back parking lot and we were woken up constantly by people smoking, talking on the phone, or just chatting very loudly outside. As far as cleanliness is concerned, the whole hotel had a very odd smell to it. The beds were freshly made and clean, but that was about it. The bathrooms, though clearly cleaned by the employees, were decrepit. The shower leaked constantly and there were mold stains on the walls and ceilings, and there was no way to turn on the fan in the bathroom at all. The only perks were the sociable employees, free parking, and easy access to the MoA and major highways. Overall, I’d advise against staying here unless absolutely necessary, and also would advise the owners to invest generous time and money into updating the hotel infrastructure.

First room, the bed had hairs on the sheet and smelled like Body odor. Second room right next door was ok, thumping snd bumping thru out the night. Back parking lot was pitch black at 11:30pm went to get the new room key came back and all the lights were on an people just hanging out looking suspicious. Would I stay again. NO!

The room smelled like smoke when we entered. One of the beds was broken. We had to wait a while for the front desk person to come and check us in. The location is hard to get into and was overly crowded.
