Friendly shuttle service and huge suite room. I just flew in from Tokyo. A 3-star hotel room with only 1/3 of the size in Tokyo costs more than this hotel. The shuttle service is convenient. Especially in the winter time with snow on the ground.

The room was very clean and spacious. There was a full-size kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. There were dishes and silverware. The price was very reasonable.From now on, this will be my place to stay every time I go to Minneapolis to visit my son.

The breakfast was better than most I've had. The room was nice and the pool was fun, however housekeeping never came when we were gone for 7 hours so that was disappointing had no shampoo in the shower, again disappointing but outside of the failures of the staff the hotel itself was nice.

Very comfortable and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. My 10 year old son loved the shower so much, he asked to take one as soon as he saw it and again before the end of the night (not like him at all).
