Birthday get away
My trip was a birthday get away for a few days, which included some shopping and visiting. I stayed in one of the suites that included a living room and dining room table, plus a separate bedroom. The suite was fabulous! I was coming and going, and it was great having all that space and room to relax, especially when my daughter joined me for a couple of days. I liked the room so much that I stayed an extra day! Everyone at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that the Keurig coffee maker in my room didn't work, and they replaced it within a few hours. Everything else was great, and I really enjoyed my stay!

Drove down for a couple of days for my mom's birthday. The hotel was great! Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Only downside was that not all of the tv channels were working but would definitely stay at this location again.

They have a breakfast bufdet in the morning for an wxtra charge. Theee is also a bar and restaurant on site. Pool and all other usual amenities. Check in was fast, easy and plwas. Staff are nice and provide clear explanation on everything.

The hotel was very nice, clean and everything I expected. My score on service reflected the shuttle service. It was on time. The driver was courteous. But one of my party was disabled and required assistance. Where the shuttle dropped us and all of our luggage was very far from the departure desk. There were no sky caps or wheel chair assistants there. I could not manage a wheelchair and all the luggage. He tried walking the distance with his walker, which ended up very poorly. This set the stage for an uncomfortable trip home. There should be a plan in place for handicapped riders where they could be let off near the departure desks where there is assistance available and the distances are more reasonable.

I booked this hotel to take my son on Spring Break at Mall of America. The location was only about 10 min drive to the mall. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. My son loved the pool and the hot tub. I loved the bed and the shower. Also the hotel breakfast is very good! Great scrambled eggs and denver omelettes and good coffee. The only issue I had was the road condition of in front of the hotel. I had to turn left onto American and the road was riddled with craters. Not potholes, craters!!

Our stay was perfect. The staff were extra friendly and helpful. My only tiff was that the entire hotel only has two ice machines and we had to travel two floors either up or down to get ice. For the price, this is just a super small annoyance.

It was close to MOA room was pretty clean, maintenance staff and breakfast staff were really helpful and nice. The day we checked in the front desk staff was really nice! Only complaint i have was the night before checkout my baby tipped over a water bottle with a loose cap and our comforter got wet and when i called down for a new one i felt like i was getting questioned by the front desk on why i needed a new one. Overall we had a good stay.

It was a great place to stay during our trip. staff were friendly. the rooms were clean. my only issue was that i requested a king sized bed and my two rooms to be beside each other. I got confirmation through the expedia app that those arrangements were going to be made but when we arrived at the hotel, i was advised it wasn't possible. and should've booked earlier. So I'm not too sure where the miscommuncation was.
