This property is in much need of a renovation. The lobby has been well maintained and is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet was clean and had many great options.. however the rooms are all outdated. The furniture has soo many scuffs. The drywall is peeling. The carpet is torn in many places. The Hotel room itself has a dark and dreary feeling, and the ceilings are low popcorn ceilings.. The room was definitely clean. I could tell that the linens were fresh and that it had been vacuumed and wiped down very well. The housekeeping is doing a phenomenal job, but the Hotel overall is in need of renovation I was told by multiple staff members that they are in the process of renovating, but I think they need to speed up the timeline.. I was booked for two nights, but after the first night, I asked to be refunded and moved to the Hyatt Regency where I had an amazing experience. The staff was very understanding of my concerns and resolved my issue quickly. If you are looking for a clean and relaxing environment, I recommend staying elsewhere until this hotel has been renovated.

We had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent from start to finish, staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle to Mall of America was so convenient and made our trip stress free. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well maintained and perfect for relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

The room and bed were satisfactory but the staff were horrible. They ignored us like we weren’t there and the coffee and the water were empty in the morning. There was only 1 creamer out for coffee and the eggs were cold. Won’t stay there anymore
