Staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I rang to say that I would not be checking in on my planned night due to flight cancellation. So arrived early the next morning and checked in without any fuss or bother. Staff attitude was the same throughout whether desk staff, cleaners or shuttle bus.

Had a bad odor entering the room each time the heater fan went on. Also said we did not need the new towels, etc that they told us they would do on Saturday but they did it anyhow. Free bfast was not great due to no shipment of eggs, etc.

First room they gave us keys to had a couple in it. 2 nd room only had 1 bed. I had to give them a cc for incidentals and they had the nerve to charge 10 on my cc to park in the hotel outside parking lot. Snow wasn’t removed it was icy. Then my daughter needed a shuttle from the airport and they said it wasn’t running. This is the most unorthodox and worse hotel I’ve stayed in

I love Fairfield hotels, this one was a touch older than i expected, but for tye price (under 100) i was pleased. Exceot the bathroom in my room, the door barely grazes the toilet so its a tight fit to get in and close the door. Good water pressure, confy bed, pillows are really soft so if you need firm, bring your own. Netflix option to connect to your account. Friendky staff, breakfast staff were amazing! Polite and kept everything stocked

Every staff person I encountered was helpful, kind, and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give an excellent rating is that there is a parking fee, which, for one night wasn't excessive, but it bothered me nonetheless.

The room was quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. Great breakfast pleasant staff especially the shuttle driver, Greg. He drove my husband back to the airport to look for his lost wallet. And he helped him find. Can’t thank him enough.
