The reason for the poor review was the front desk. When checking in they sent us to a room that someone else was already in. Most of the front desk employees were not very nice. Pretty rude actually! They didn’t care about your concerns or complaints. The rooms were nice and the bar employees and the food and drinks there were great!. There’s plenty hotels around that I stayed at that was much better. Also was there for 4 days and they never cleaned our room. Had to ask a maid for towels and had to go down myself for coffee pods. good.
