I left my kindle in the room i stayed in , now i cant the thing back. I also left my old raggedy pillow there but i sure got that back. My friend picked up my pillow that was bagged in a clear bag with a hole in it. They are saying the kindle WAS (key word) was in there. But it sure wasnt when she picked it up. Please TRU , get my kindle back to me. Look at your cameras in your storage areas. I want my kindle back

I left a kindle and a pillow behind. It took 2 days to speak to a manager about it. They finally said they had my things. I had to have a froend pick it up but all i got was my pillow. NO KINDLE. I've called twice again and they say they will call back but im not getting any phone calls. I would like my kindle back please. I also left a tip besides this. Ive been trying to get this back since dec 26 2025. Its now jan 6 2026. I know i left it in the room i stayed in ! I never travel without it. Unfortunately i do overlook it but i always realize it when i get ready for bed as i read it every night. So please return my kindle.

Those bed frames that are squared are magnets for hitting your legs. Air conditioning and heating setup was not synced and high fan rattled. No option for continuous fan. Very difficult to regulate temperature. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Rooms clean. Love the 10pm quiet. No microwave was different but not a deal breaker. Breakfast was ok. Love the complimentary drinks.

Very friendly staff, nice room, received texts from hotel during the day to check on our stay, loved our room (so spacious!). The soap/lotion smelled amazing, too! Breakfast had standard items, but some that rotated depending on the day, too. Breakfast staff were very attentive to replenishing what was out & if they noticed you were looking while something was heating up as soon as it was ready they came an asked if I wanted some since they noticed I was looking. Can’t wait for girls weekend next year—we have found our place to stay!

Staff was great and extremely friendly, the room was clean, but had a few insects (not lady bugs, but similar in size) visible on the ceiling, bathroom and bed with most over on the shade and by the window (possible source of entry?). They didn't bother us, but just pointing it out for transparency. As far as breakfast, the automatic pancake maker resulted in very chewy pancakes and the orange juice tasted awful, everything else was good. We can't say enough about being able to walk across the street to The Mall of America and the convenience of the shuttle picking us up from the airport.
